One of LitCam's major aims is the networking and promotion of international exchange. Consequently, the Literacy Campaign is internationally oriented and facilitates cross-border dialogue about new trends and strategies in imparting knowledge. The LitCam conferences are at the core of LitCam's networking activities. Since 2006, an International LitCam Conference takes place just before the start of the Frankfurt Book Fair.
